1997年に住友生命保険相互会社に入社、その後資産運用関係システム等の開発・保守を担当後、2018年頃から社内ＤＷＨ基盤の刷新プロジェクトをプロジェクトリーダーとして推進。並行してAI等を活用した高度なデータ分析に関するインフラ構築、人材育成、組織組成等の企画・推進を進め、2021年から社内データ分析チームリーダーとしてデータ分析プロジェクト推進、人材育成等の活動を行う。

Joined Sumitomo Life Insurance Company in 1997. After being in charge of development and maintenance of asset management-related systems, led a company-wide DWH infrastructure renovation project as a project leader around 2018. Concurrently planned and promoted infrastructure development, human resource development, and organizational structuring for advanced data analysis utilizing AI and other technologies. Since 2021, has been leading data analysis projects and human resource development activities as the leader of the internal data analysis team.
