Louisa is a Partner in the Insurance Practice of Oliver Wyman, based in Hong Kong. She is a seasoned management consultant and industry professional, leading strategy and transformation in the Financial Services industry and has led engagements across corporate strategy, growth and innovation, digital transformation, operating model design, risk and compliance across Asia and United States.

Prior to Oliver Wyman, Louisa was an executive in Insurance and Technology. Most recently, she was the Insurance Lead for Microsoft Hong Kong and Macau. Prior to that, she held various executive roles at MetLife based in New York, as the Vice President of Global Strategy team and Chief of Staff and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for the Group Chief Risk Officer.

She began her career as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman across New York, Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong offices.
