Lucien has been based in Singapore since 2018, leading the development and growth of Beazley in Asia Pacific. Prior to this Lucien was responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of cyber and technology business in Continental Europe and Asia, based out of Paris.

Before joining Beazley in 2016, he was AIG's cyber practice leader for France within the Financial Lines team. 

He holds a European Bachelor of Science in Insurance and a Masters in Risk Management and Insurance from the ESA in Paris.
