Mark started his IT career as a Java developer back in 2002 and now leads an implementation team at iZeno that focuses on delivering exceptional enterprise-grade Customer Experience (CX) solutions. With a global call center implementation under his belt, Mark is currently supporting the implementation of a modern contact center solution across the region for a multinational financial services company using the SugarCRM platform. Mark is an avid problem solver and enjoys the great outdoors.
