A specialist in creating customer value through data-driven business transformation. Beginning his career in business process reform in the contact center industry, he went on to lead analytics-driven transformation projects at analytics-focused and IT product companies. Since joining SAS Institute Japan in 2016, he has been responsible for designing and implementing data strategies across a wide range of industries. In 2024, he was appointed Head of the InsurTech Division, where he drives the advancement of data utilization and digital transformation in the insurance sector.
