Maya Lee is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Sompo Asia Pacific (APAC), leading the regional Operations, including operational excellence and resilience, transformation and project management, and building its operational footprint and roadmap across APAC. In a career spanning more than 15 years, Maya has a wealth of global experience leading organizational change and transformation programs at several international businesses, including consultancies and insurance companies. Maya holds a Master of Business Administration from Yonsei University, South Korea.
