Megan rejoined Zurich in 2026 as Chief Claims Officer, APAC, with a remit to further enhance claims capabilities across the region. Before this, she held senior claims leadership roles at AXA XL, Canopius, Zurich, and Chubb.
With more than 20 years' specialist claims experience, Megan has developed extensive regional expertise across all lines of business, having worked in Taiwan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore. She leads the execution of claims strategy and supports ambitious growth objectives in the region.
Her experience working across diverse regional markets with global exposure has equipped Megan with a unique ability to tailor solutions to the varied challenges present in today's insurance landscape. She has successfully delivered operational improvements, transformational change, and process re-engineering for both large-scale and smaller initiatives.
