Since joining Guidewire in 2009, Miyuki Ebata has been a trusted partner to insurers in Japan, known for her deep understanding of customer needs and long-term commitment to their success. In March 2024, she stepped into dual roles of Acting Japan Country Manager and Head of Customer Success, leading with a focus on delivering real value to customers through both strategic vision and hands-on support. As of October 2024, Miyuki serves as Country Manager of the Japan office. She remains dedicated to building strong partnerships and ensuring every customer receives seamless, responsive and customer-centric support at every stage of their journey.

2009年に入社以来、一貫して日本の保険会社との関係構築に携わり、顧客ニーズへの深い理解と長期的な視点での支援に従事。2024年3月より、日本法人の代表代理およびカスタマーサクセス部門の日本統括としてリーダーシップを発揮し、同年10月に日本法人代表に就任。社内外の関係者との連携を強化しながら、すべてのお客様にとって円滑かつ迅速なサポートの提供ができるよう日々取り組んでいる。
