Mohit joined Lloyd's in 2016 and is currently the Head of Operations for Lloyd's Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa region and responsible for leading innovation and driving digital transformation. As a key member of the regional executive management team, his focus is on seamlessly integrating Lloyd's global digital strategies locally. He also oversees external market services and cultivates collaborative relationships with stakeholders to develop an efficient operating model to drive growth.

Prior to his tenure at Lloyd's, Mohit leveraged his expertise as a business consultant at StarStone Insurance Ltd in London, where he honed his skills in driving organizational change and fostering innovation. Additionally, he served as an International Commercial Underwriter for AXA France, based in Paris, further expanding his knowledge of the global insurance landscape.

Mohit holds a Master's degree in International Business from ESCP Europe.
