In her capacity as a Manager at the MIFC Leadership Council, she is committed to fostering innovation and excellence within Islamic finance, leveraging her knowledge and practical experience to make significant contributions to the industry. Previously serving as the Director of the Takaful Academy, a collaborative initiative between Universiti Sultan Azlan Shah, Kuala Kangsar, Perak, and FWD Takaful, she played a pivotal role in the efforts of nurturing talent within the Takaful sector. As a dedicated Islamic finance professional, she is passionate about driving positive transformations, particularly within the Takaful industry.

Dr. Musliza Musa obtained a BSc in Actuarial Science from the London School of Economics, followed by an MBA and a PhD in Islamic Banking & Finance from the IIUM Institute of Islamic Banking and Finance. Her doctoral thesis, titled "Optimizing Solvency Margin In Family Takaful And Life Insurance Institutions In Malaysia," underscores her commitment to advancing knowledge and practices within Islamic finance.
