After working at a life insurance company, founded Financial Japan, an insurance agency, in 2013. Within five years, the company grew to over 200 employees and established 11 branches nationwide. In May 2019, the company became part of the Shinsei Bank Group. As President and CEO, continued to expand the business by entering the bank agency and securities brokerage sectors, growing the workforce to over 850 employees and expanding to more than 50 branches nationwide. Stepped down in April 2024.
In August 2017, Founded hokan, a company specializing in developing and providing CRM/SFA software and applications tailored for the insurance industry, as well as offering consulting services to insurance companies.
