As the Head of the Innovation Acceleration Group at Dai-ichi Life Holdings, Nori HOSOKAWA plays a pivotal role in driving the culture of innovation across the organization for one of the largest private multi-national life insurance groups in Japan.

In his capacity, he has established the Group’s Innovation Fund, fostering future ideas for the business, and manages a community of innovators to foster group-wide collaboration. He also keeps a keen eye out for evolving external digital capabilities to accelerate transformative projects across various business units.

Since joining Dai-ichi Life in 2008, he has had several roles in sales, marketing, cross border life insurance acquisitions, corporate planning and innovation and has worked across Japan, the U.S. and the U.K. He is licensed as a U.S. Certified Public Accountant and qualified as a financial analyst in Japan.
