Introduced path-breaking technological and process re-engineering initiatives to significantly improve capital deployment and operating costs. First to introduce and ramp up diverse models of Bancassurance, partnering with Citibank, Deutsche Bank, HSBC Bank, BNP Paribas, Abudhabi Commercial Bank, HDFC Bank, IDBI Bank, DCB, KVB, CSB, Bank of Baroda, Andhra Bank, IDFC First Bank etc.  

First to launch Online Insurance SalesPlatform (Birla Sun Life 2003), Insurance on Mobile Apps ( Reliance Nippon Life 2006) Automated Point of Sale systems Magic Board in 2010, RAPID in 2014, Unified Digital Insurance Platform, Upsure in 2017) that helped change the insurance business paradigm.

Contributed to Thought Leadership, Process Re-invention, Regulatory Reform- Worked as Chairperson of National  Insurance Council  Assocham for 5 terms 2009-2014, Indian Pension Congress in 2012 & 2013 and Committee on Digital Insurance Processes, IRDA and as Member of Committees on Pension  & Insurance of FICCI and CII and represented the Industry at the meetings on Parliamentary Standing Committee debating the Insurance Amendment Bill. Chosen by the Finance Ministry (2013) to work on special initiatives for Micro Insurance and   Financial Inclusion.
