Pardeep is our Global Proposition Leader for Data Science. He has 10+ years of applied and strategic experience in extracting value from data science for insurers across the entire insurance value chain, including pricing, claims, fraud, underwriting and marketing. He is driving WTW’s increased focus on data science from both a software and consulting perspective, including enhancing our market leading analytics software, Radar, to meet the needs of Data Scientists and Actuaries.

He is enthusiastic about the innovation and flexibility offered by open source but appreciative of balance needed with governance and control to ensure success.

He is working closely in APAC to launch our data science practice for claims in APAC.
