Sanjay is an Information Technology leader with a well-rounded multi-industry experience of 19 years in all the key aspects of IT delivery across multiple geographies, right from on-ground operations and project delivery to IT strategy formulation. He has delivery experience in various industries, ranging from insurance, telecom and consulting to manufacturing and e-Governance. Presently working as Senior General Manager, DX and IT at Dai-ichi Life Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.

Sanjay’s strength lies in managing and motivating teams to strategise, plan and deliver Digital and IT, as a lever for business growth. He is an engineer from IIT-Bombay, have done MBA-Systems from IMT-Ghaziabad and has sharpened his business fundamentals through an Executive Development Program at Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, USA.
