Sharon oversees the Corporate Services division, covering Human Resources, Learning & Development, Operations, Brand & Communications, and the Programme Management Office, at MSIG Insurance Singapore. She is also the company’s Chief Transformation Officer, focused on driving the enterprise transformation agenda to continually streamline the operating model, improve efficiencies for the business, and build great experiences for customers, business partners and employees.
