Sourabh is a well-rounded IT leader with almost 2 decades of experience across almost all facets of IT including IT Strategy, Transformation and IT Operations. He has managed wide technology areas ranging from IT Infrastructure to Application Engineering using digital, data and machine learning technologies with overall understanding of Architectural frameworks gained by managing teams across South East Asia, Europe, US and Australia.

Before joining Liberty Mutual Insurance, Sourabh worked with leading organizations, such as Allianz, HCL, Dell and American Express.

He is an alumnus of SMU’s Globally Top 50 ranked flagship Executive MBA program wherein he studied at Wharton Business School, Indian School of Business and Peking University campuses to gain a global business perspective. He has also completed Strategy in a World of Digital Disruption program from INSEAD. He is an ITIL Expert and holds other certifications in Insurance industry from Singapore College of Insurance, Cloud Engineering and Project Management.
