Since joining Guidewire’s Professional Services team in 2016, Taku has been leading customer engagements, managing the Guidewire team along with providing advisory services on Guidewire project methodology and optimizing customers’ requirements to Guidewire’s Out-Of-The-Box products.

He brings 12 years of experience in the P&C industry across Sales, Product Development, Underwriting, IT, and Corporate Planning, tightly collaborating with our Guidewire’s Product Team for our solution to meet the local market needs.

With experiences in both Indirect and Direct carriers, Taku strives for a successful implementation of Guidewire products for customers in Japan while maximizing Guidewire’s features in customers’ implementation.

ガイドワイア入社までの12年間、損害保険会社にて経験した営業・商品・IT・経営企画での知見をもとに、ガイドワイア社製品の現地化要件の検討と製品開発部門への要件提示にも積極的に関与。

大手およびダイレクト損保社での経験をもとに、Guidewireの製品・サービスのお客さまでの活用と最適化とともに、製品導入プロジェクトの成功に向け奮闘している。
