Thomas Kapeller is Global Head of Partnerships at Chubb Life, where he leads global partnerships and bancassurance across Asia, EMEA, and Latin America, working with banks, fintechs, super apps, and digital platforms to scale partnership-led insurance propositions.

He has spent his career at the intersection of insurance, banking, fintech, and digital transformation. Prior to Chubb, Thomas was Group Head of Insurance and InsurTech at MoneyHero Group, a leading digital financial services and fintech platform in Greater Southeast Asia that listed on Nasdaq, where he led the insurance business across six markets. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at EY advising financial services clients across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Thomas holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and is passionate about embedded insurance, digital ecosystems, and the role of partnerships in making protection more accessible and relevant for customers.
