Ms. Vibha Coburn is an experienced leader with a strong background in finance and management, having held senior roles in banking, insurance, and management consulting across Asia, Europe, and Australia.

Ms. Coburn serves as the Group CEO of Manulife Holding Berhad in Malaysia, where she oversees the strategic direction and operations of the organisation. As the former Chief Distribution Officer at Manulife Asia, she successfully developed and executed distribution strategies with a focus on digital channels and leading to significant growth in the agency force.  Under her leadership, Manulife’s agency force grew significantly and became the world’s third best amongst international insurers in terms of Million Dollar Round Table membership. She has also championed the development and adoption of digital tools throughout all channels in distribution.
