After gaining broad-based experience across commercial insurance, asset management, regulatory reform, and group management strategy at one of Japan's leading non-life insurance groups, he served as the Japan Insurance Practice Leader at a leading global firm, driving transformation across the insurance industry. He is currently with the global strategy consulting firm A.T. Kearney, where he focuses on the insurance sector and leads strategy formulation and execution, operational transformation, and new business development both in Japan and internationally.
