William Field was hired as Head of Claims of Everest Insurance Asia. Prior to joining Everest, Will held various senior leadership and technical claims roles within Chubb. He was most recently the Head of Claims for Chubb Singapore, and prior to that he was the Head of Multinational and Casualty Claims, Chubb Asia Pacific, a position he held for over 10 years. Will has broad experience in leading large and diverse teams, operational and technical claims management, strategic leadership, change management, claims portfolio trend and major loss analytics and talent development. Throughout his career, he has focused on commercial insurance and reinsurance, with a particular emphasis on long-tail classes and multinational insurance program management.

Will holds a bachelor of Laws and Legal Practices from Flinders University, Adelaide, Australia.
