After P&G and consulting, he joined the founding team of Lifenet Insurance, Japan's first online life insurer, and led major partnerships with Recruit and Seven & i. Following Lifenet's IPO, he founded ICJ, an independent venture capital firm backing fintech and new financing models. He invests in and supports high-growth companies such as Yoii, a pioneer of revenue-based financing (RBF) in Japan. He also designs and executes co-creation programs with large corporates and financial institutions, bridging startups and incumbents to unlock new growth.
