Mr. ZHANG Lei is a member of China Entrepreneurs Committee at APEC, research fellow at Taihe Institute, Vice President of Beijing Green Finance Association and digital insurance advisor of the Insurance Association of China. Cheche Technology, a leading Insurtech company which focuses on industry-wide digital insurance transformation, has offered SaaS capabilities and services to more than 50 insurance companies, a dozen of new energy vehicle manufacturers and thousands of insurance agencies, with  annual transacted premiums exceeded 10 billion rmb.

Mr. Lei Zhang founded Cheche Technology in 2014 and has since served as its CEO. Previously he served as CEO of Cloud Power Technology and Senior Manager at Huawei.
