Whether you’re a first time attendee or an ITC Asia veteran, here is everything you need to know to maximize your ITC Asia experience and plan your trip.

Recommended Travel Days

Arrive on Monday, June 2

For the best show experience and to join us at the Kickoff Summits and Welcome Reception, we recommend arriving Monday afternoon, June 2 or mid-morning Tuesday, June 3.

Depart on Friday, June 6

You should plan on leaving Friday morning, June 6, so you don’t miss the official closing cocktail!

Getting to Singapore

Via Air

Getting to Sands Expo & Convention Centre

Via Taxi

Getting to Sands Expo & Convention Centre from the airport will take about 15-20 minutes by taxi.

Via MRT

Sands Expo & Convention Centre is located at the Bayfront MRT (CE1 / DT16). The station is connected to the Circle and Downtown Lines of Singapore's Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) rail system. MRT services to/from Bayfront MRT station operate daily from (approx.) 06:00 to 24:00.

Take Exit C & D for the nearest exit towards Sands Expo & Convention Centre (3 mins walk). 

Via Bus

Bus services:

  • Every day:97/106/518/133/502

  • Every day except Saturday, Sunday & national holidays:97E/502A/518A

  • Only late nights on Fridays, Saturdays & evenings before national holidays: NR1 /NR6

Bus stop:

  • 03509– Marina Bay Sands Hotel (outside Hotel Tower 2) 

  • 03501– Marina Bay Sands Theatre (outside Sands Theatre, opposite Hotel Tower 3)

  • 03511– Marina Bay Sands MICE (outside Sands Expo & Convention Centre, opposite Hotel Tower 1)

  • 03519– Opposite Marina Bay Sands MICE (opposite Sands Expo & Convention Centre, next to Hotel Tower 1)

Connector:

  • The Garden Bay Bridge (over Bayfront Avenue) and two tunnel roads connect the convention center, theater, retail shopping center, and hotels to each other.

Do I need a visa?
Please check on this website whether you require a visa to enter Singapore. We always recommend you check regularly for the latest travel updates. At this time, we recommend you apply for a visa as early as possible due to ongoing processing delays and longer wait times for visa appointments.

If you do require a visa, please contact us at asia@insuretechconnect.com to apply for a visa invitation letter.

Do I need to register in order to obtain a visa letter?
Yes, you must first register for ITC Asia to obtain a visa letter. In order to register, visit our registration page to purchase the registration type that is best suited for you. Please contact our customer support team if you have any questions or require further assistance.
